Sofia Huffman is an animator and multimedia artist working in 2D animation, digital illustration, painting, and crochet. Her work is driven by storytelling, using bold color, expressive characters, and playful forms to explore emotion and personal experience. Influenced by anime and animated series like Frieren and Avatar: The Last Airbender, Sofia’s art brings characters to life as a way of making complex feelings tangible and approachable. Whether she is painting a scene, stitching a creature, or animating frame by frame, her practice is rooted in the belief that characters can hold and communicate what is often hard to put into words.
