Artist Statement
Alexis Bailey provides consumers at CDS the ability to actively engage in meaningful art-based activities designed to create aesthetically pleasing wheelchair wheel enhancements, while promoting pride, self-expression, and self-efficacy for individuals with various physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
