Artist Statement
Sheetal Patel creates abstract mixed media paintings on canvas, drawing inspiration from her love of nature and the beauty of color and textures. She loves how light and metallics interplay with layers of color to make amazing images. Her work is stirred also by devotion to music, moved by the powerful beats of 80’s synthpop and the Bollywood hits she loved growing up.
