Hann of the Wood
Artist Statement
Hann of the Wood is the artwork of Kalamazoo-based artist/illustrator, Hannah Gregus. Hannah’s work ranges from whimsical children’s book illustrations to abstract imaginings, celebrating shape, pattern and color. She paints mostly with watercolor and gouache, but also enjoys experimenting with simple printmaking and fabric dyeing. Her goods include art prints of her paintings, greeting cards, bookmarks, block prints, tea towels, hand painted wood magnets and wall paintings, handmade/dyed/printed tote bags and bandanas, stickers, wood pins and more.
