Artist Statement
I’m Jay Hero, a pro illustrator and graphic designer, and I have a passion for comics, superheroes, art and social change. Over the years, my passion has guided me to collaborate with esteemed clients like DC Comics, Milestone, and Image Comics. Through my vibrant and imaginative portrayals of both beloved and original characters, I aim to inspire emotions of joy, empowerment, introspection, and meaningful dialogue. More than just art, I want my work to inspire others to uncover the hero that resides within themselves. Right now, in addition to my regular work, I’m fully immersed in the journey of creating my very first graphic novel, ‘Star Wielder.’
