Artist Statement
This project finds inspiration in the infinite. Bullmer’s poetry grapples with mortality from many perspectives: nature’s absolute trust in transition, limitation of the human body, the heart’s longing, the endlessness of spirit. What happens when we die? To where have our loved ones departed? What does is mean to find meaning in a life we know will ultimately end?
